Narrative:
I came to pay off my fines at the Los Santos Police Department and parked, when I came back to my car, I saw
an officer sitting in his cruiser which was locked, so I took a lockpick and wanted to break his lock, which I managed to vandalize successfully. The officer (badge number: 28475) got out of his vehicle and arrested me for Attempted Grand Theft Auto and Vandalism of a gov. When I was in cuffs, Officer 26903 searched my vehicle illegally. When I was processed, Officer 6762 came and I started talking to him, where Officer 26903 came, and when I asked why he searched my vehicle, he stated that he searched it because quote "You got out of your vehicle and did a crime", Officer 6762 witnessed everything and I asked him to save his body camera footage.

PLEA AGREEMENT
- Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. Anton Donald; Prosecuting Attorney Terence Williams, Public Defense Attorney Izaak Scott, and the defendant, Anton Donald, have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;

- GM08 - Vandalism
- Former Charges
The state shall pursue the current charges listed above, in place of the original charges listed below:
- GM08 - Vandalism
- GF10 - Attempted Grand Theft
- General Provisions
- The defendant agrees to plead guilty to the Current Charges outlined in Section I. The State waives the right to pursue the Former Charges outlined in Section II in regard to this particular incident. The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees. The defendant will not be compensated for fines and time served, as they have been compensated out of court.
- Waiver of Rights
- It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain.
This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of a defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas.
By signing this document, the defendant is pleading guilty to the charges outlined in Section I and these charges may not be challenged at a later date.
