- This request for information is for details regarding Search Warrants.
  
  As stated by the Constitution of San Andreas:
  4th Amendment
  The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
  While a Search Warrant may be approved and signed by a judge, is there any particular reason there are no copies of the Search Warrants being given to those who the Search Warrants are being executed against? By having no valid copies being distributed, how can the validity of a Search Warrant be verified versus officials only claiming one exists when it might not?

I apologize as this is very very late, coming up on a year, but I am able to answer your question.
I spoke a little to Branch Administrator Hope Kant regarding this question and the law enforcement officer who is executing the warrant is expected to carry a copy of the signed warrant to be either placed on the door or initial hallway of the property, or ideally given to the property owner if available.
