Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
Case Information
- Case Number: [Case Number]
Incident Date: [Incident Date]
Witness Information
- Name: Herrman Wolff
Date of Birth: 02/JUL/1994
Phone Number: 298-4429
Occupation: Chief Operations Officer, SpeedyRefuel
Witness Statement
- On Monday the 27th of May 2024, at around 8 O'clock at night, I was clocked onto Weazel Duty where I was a manager at the time. A group of us had gathered on the roof whilst on duty to kill some time. This group included Shawn Goodwin, Samantha Jo, Dan Endo, Grace Speed, and me.
Andy Tyrie pulled up to Weazel and joined us on the roof. Andy and I had a short and private conversation about him stealing the constitution and where he was hiding it. It was just after this that we returned to the main group on the roof and found that Terry Walkner had joined us. I whispered to Grace that I would get Terry to talk about his arrest, that happened a day earlier, and why it happened, since we had both spoken to him already regarding it but did not feel he was telling us the truth. Terry originally had told us that he followed the individuals by mistake and hit one of them when trying to get out of there. He had also refused to show us the bodycam footage he had, despite saying he sent it to police.
At this point it was just Dan, Grace, Andy and I. Andy and I continued to push Terry on what happened and if he did it on purpose. The conversation turned to times we had committed acts of vigilantism and I told them about one time that someone was breaking into cars in the back parking lot of Weazel so Harry Ford and I chased him down to the construction site and I shaved his hair while Harry held him at gun point. Terry found this quite amusing and seemed to open up to us more as others told stories. Dan Endo even confessed that he still had guns in his houses from the days when he was in a gang (I knew this to be true since I have seen them). Terry then told us the entire story from the beginning. Terry told us how two individuals were attempting to break into cars at Weazel, and he returned to Weazel headquarters to stop them. Terry laughed as he told us that he had said to Dan Endo over radio, a few hours earlier, that he was going to kill the next person who tried to steal stuff from the cars at Weazel. Terry said that he told Dan over the radio that he was going to follow them and try and put them under gun point and that Dan should be ready to call the police, but not call them just yet. Terry said he did nearly 180 through the city trying to get to Weazel and even managed to get there just as they were leaving. Terry said he called them out on radio to Dan and said he instantly started following them since he was going to try and ram their car off the road if he could in a secluded part of the city where he could then aim his gun at them. We asked Terry if it was his usual legal firearm that he carried on him, but he didn't answer. Terry said that he had already put on Weazel Body armor on the way there because he knew there would be a shoot out. Terry informed us that the sped through the city following them before finally catching up and trying to talk to them since they were still in a busy part of the city. Dan asked Terry why he didn't tell him to call the cops since Dan even asked for him over radio, and Terry replied that he wanted to teach them a lesson and that the police did not care. Terry said he followed them for a tiny bit more, and they pulled over and Terry slowed down. Terry said as soon as he saw them get out, he hit the gas and ran right into them in order to kill (his exact words) one of them and make it easier to get the other guy alone. Terry laughed and said he was disappointed when he looked in his mirror and saw that the guy was still alive and that he sped away since they shouted "hands up" at him as he ran them over, and he said that he knew that even with body armour that he would lose a two versus one. Terry said he went back and spoke to Dan and said that in case anyone heard them over Weazel radio that he would need to go to the police about it, especially since Dan was HR and would need to mention it to Grace.
Andy laughed and made fun of Terry and said he was screwed in court. Terry laughed back at Andy and said that he didn't care about the police and that he knew he was smarter than them and would pay up to a million for a good lawyer. Terry also then laughed and said he had already gotten pay back on one of the people in the car well before the police arrested him and that he "would never be stealing from Weazel, or anywhere again". Grace and I informed Terry that we may need to take this further with HR if needed, and Terry said he understood. I told terry I would try and protect him as best as I could. In the end he remained employed at Weazel and would joke about killing the two men and would often say they would be crying in hell when they see he gets his charges dismissed.
The clock in and out logs for that day and time should help prove this occurred, and there should be numerous cameras around Weazel that prove the location and the people that were there. I fully believe, especially since I knew Terry so personally and for so long, that he intended to kill those people that day and only stopped himself because it was in a relatively public place.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Herrman Wolff, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

MOTION TO SUPPRESS
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Terry Walkner
#24-CM-0085
A Motion to Suppress was filed in the above case on the 17th of March, 2025.
The Defendant, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion to Suppress, and requests to following be suppressed from evidence;
- Exhibit #: Exhibit #5: Witness statement - Herrman Wolff
Requested Evidence to Suppress:
Exhibit #5: Witness statement - Herrman Wolff in its entirety.
- Detailed Reasoning:
Herrman Wolff has a documented history of criminal conduct, including convictions for Felony Fraud, Misdemeanor Harassment, and Domestic Terrorism. These convictions demonstrate a pattern of dishonesty and unlawful behavior, rendering his testimony inherently unreliable.
Wolff has a personal vendetta against the Defendant, as evidenced by his social media post on February 26, 2025, in which he stated, “You are directly half of the reason that I quit Weazel in the end. You should not be throwing stones in your glass house.” This statement reveals a clear bias, threat, and motive to fabricate testimony against the Defendant.
Wolff’s history of severe mental health issues, including public breakdowns and suicidal ideation, further undermines his credibility. His instability raises serious questions about his ability to provide truthful and accurate testimony.
Wolff’s witness statement was submitted nearly a year after the incident and months after the dashcam footage became publicly available. This delay provided Wolff with ample opportunity to fabricate his account to align with the footage.
The statement contains numerous inconsistencies and exaggerations that contradict the dashcam footage and the Defendant’s account of the incident. For example, Wolff claims the Defendant admitted to intending to kill the suspects, which is not supported by the footage or the Defendant’s actions immediately following the incident (e.g., reporting the incident to the police).
Wolff’s statement is highly prejudicial and inflammatory, as it accuses the Defendant of premeditated violence and vigilantism. These accusations are not supported by the evidence and would unfairly influence the Judge's perception of the Defendant.
The inclusion of Wolff’s statement would confuse the issues and mislead the Judge, as it introduces unreliable and biased testimony that is irrelevant to the core question of whether the Defendant acted in self-defense.

Rebuttal
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Terry Walkner
#24-CM-0085
A Rebuttal was filed in the above case on the 22nd of March, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, presents a rebuttal to the defendant's recent Motion to Suppress;
- Exhibit #5: Witness statement - Herrman Wolff
Regarding the witness' character
The witness, Herrman Wolff, does indeed have a criminal past, there is no denying that. However, they have also completed the Felony Reformation Program offered to convicted felons as offered by the Department of Corrections in an attempt to resume their place as a part of the community, as well as being cleared by a therapist employed with the LSEMS' Crisis Response Unit (CRU), with no causes for concern regarding their mental health. The defendant has provided no evidence to prove otherwise.
Regarding suppression
The defendant has provided no valid objection as to why this exhibit should be suppressed. The entire reasoning provided by the defendant is an attempt to impeach the witness' character, something that should be reserved for trial when the evidence is presented by the Prosecution during their Case-in-chief. The statement given by the witness should not be suppressed as being probative, as it provides a contextual narrative directly related to the crimes with which the defendant was charged, and the timing of the statement should not have any influence on the contents of the statement. As ruled in previous cases, unless evidence is provided to prove a witness has committed perjury by providing false or fabricated statements and information to the court, a statement should not be considered false; the defendant has provided no such evidence.
