Witness Information
- Name: Joe Riggy
Date of Birth: 24/Dec/2024
Phone Number: 248-8479
Occupation: Cadet, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- Mr. West passed us at a high speed of 148 in an 80 while my partner (Police Officer I Engjell Trey) and I where conducting a speed trap on San Andreas Ave. When we turned out and put our lights and sirens on he crashed into a light post stalling his car. We conduct a traffic stop and ask him to step out of the believe he was recklessly operating his vehicle due to his high speed. The driver complained about his car not working which is what lead him have his high speed and crash. My partner drove the car to the impound lot and had no trouble. I fail to see how the car was damaged enough before the crash to make it undrivable when my partner was able to after the fact. Because of these two things I believe the Reckless Operation was a just arrest.
