The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
- Reasoning: The Prosecution would like to dismiss The charges of DM04 - Possession of a Controlled Substance While Armed and DM02 - Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
- Detailed Explanation: After an internal investigation between the prosecution and LSSD we have decided to drop the charges.

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

A decision was reached in the above case on the 22nd day of June, 2024.
The case of #24-CM-0027, State of San Andreas v. Martin James has been resolved.
A Motion for Voluntary Dismissal has been filed by the Prosecution and has been accepted by the court.
It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
- On the count of DM04 - Possession of a Controlled Substance While Armed, I find the defendant, Martin James, not guilty.
- On the count of DM02 - Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, I find the defendant, Martin James, not guilty.
The defendant shall be entitled to compensation in the amount of $13,000 for the difference in fines paid and time served - this compensation along with an update of the defendant's record can be handled at Rockford Hills City Hall by a qualified official.
