4. AGREEMENT
- By submitting this request you hereby agree to the following:
- You agree and ascertain that all information provided herein is truthful & accurate.
- If your request is approved, you agree on a continuous effort to adhere to laws and regulations laid out by the San Andreas State Government.
- You understand that The San Andreas State Government will only provide a full rebate of expenses if the total loss is under $50,000, anything larger will only be eligible for a rebate of up to 40%.
- A full legal background check of your person.
- Business Licensing Bureau Command & SASG High Command shall be authorized to conduct a full bank records check for a period of 24 hours, starting 4 hours prior to the event by the team against all members of the event organization team mentioned above. The San Andreas State Government is aware of the confidentiality of Bank Records and thus therefore it relays on us to ensure that we shall maintain of the confidentiality of this information as well as using it only for Business Licensing Bureau purposes.
- That if one portion of this agreement is considered unenforceable, the rest of the agreement shall remain valid.
