I was walking by back paleto and then a man came up wearing all black and on a motorcycle the man on the bike would then point a gun at me and tell me to get on the Motorcycle then he told me to flip off a officer as we drove by the officer would then start shooting at me as after i flipped him it was officer with badge number 7342 the man on the motorcycle say that his name was gator and he was going to kill me because he hates all construction workers the cop would start chasing us and I was screaming for help the man claimed to be gator would then make a jump and jump off the bike and get a way while I was still on it I would crash on the bike leading to serious injuries the cop with badge number 7342 would place me in cuffs while I was injured and pleading for help and state i was under arrest for felony evading I would try to explain to officer I was kidnapped but he would not listen i asked for his name he would not give out his name

PLEA AGREEMENT
- Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. Shane Walker; Prosecuting Attorney Mikhail Garin, Public Defense Attorney Izaak Scott, and the defendant, Shane Walker, have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;
- Current Charges
- VF01 - Evading an Officer
- GM19 - Face Concealment (b)
- General Provisions
- The defendant agrees to plead no contest to the Current Charges outlined in Section I.
The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees.
The State will pay the defendant $14,875 for time served + fines.
- Waiver of Rights
- It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain.
This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of a defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas.
By signing this document, the defendant is pleading no contest to the charges outlined in Section I and these charges may not be challenged at a later date.

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
