1. Yes. We both bought a 2G Apartment on Alta Street. Address 3 Alta Street Apartment 60. I spent half on it as well as Thomas spent half on it. In a fit of rage Thomas decided to take my keys from the apartment which had one of my cars in it. I would like this apartment back.
2. Yes I would like Child Support for his child that will be born in August of 2024.

4. I am 6 months (28 weeks) pregnant with his child.

1. Yes , the 2G apartment she paid half for that I have changed the locks too as it's in my name (she has no material items or vehicles at this location)
2. No, also would like a paternity test done once the child is born as my soon to be ex-wife has stated "I don't need you I got hoes" leads me to believe there is a change of a potential other father.

4. Potential child that I know nothing about as she hasn't been to the apartment or informed me of anything else since revealing to me she is pregnant.

There are several things that appear up for debate.
- 2g Apartment at 3 Alta Street floor 60. Please gather bank records to prove amounts paid/owed. ((/me and /do RP will work IF you remember the amount))
- Emerson Lugo has indicated that they would like child support for their child born on or around August, 2024.
- Thomas Lugo has indicated that they would like a paternity test to confirm the child is biologically his.
This Petition is now pending one of the Justices. We are recommending that each party reach out to an attorney to represent them during this time. Additionally, it may be beneficial to reach out to medical personnel for any possible tests ahead of any possible court order. Please be patient while it is being reviewed, thank you.
