Provide details of the incident leading up to the arrest
- After a shots-fired situation arose in Braddocks Farm, several SD units responded, including Lieutenant Fillmoore Grayson in an airship above. While ground units moved in, Lieutenant Grayson observed a black scout leaving the farm area and began following it overhead. Ground units were not able to get visual on the vehicle before it entered the city, at which point PD Metro SWAT gained visual and initiated pursuit. Quite quickly into the pursuit, PD Metro SWAT opened fire on the vehicle due to its elevated risk of violent tendencies. The vehicle promptly went offroad up a hill and returned fire. Eventually, all five (5) occupants of the vehicle dismounted and engaged in a gunfight with officers on scene.
Once all evidence was gathered and suspects were attempted medical treatment, Ms. Darling and Mr. Dox were the only suspects to survive the encounter. Mr. Dox was found to be in possession of two Class-2 Weapons; a Carbine Rifle, and a Bullpup rifle. He was also in possession of a considerable amount of Marijuana at the time, as well as two sets of bodyarmour.
Ms. Darling was in possession of only a class-1 pistol.50 with no attachments, as well as some marijuana.
Due to a miscommunication with the police department, Both suspects received an additional evading charge.

Case Information
- Case Number: State of San Andreas v. Adrian Dox
Incident Date: 28/APR/2024
Witness Information
- Name: Wiley Reno
Date of Birth: 23/MAY/1985
Phone Number: 5199706
Occupation: Captain, Los Santos County Sheriff's Department
Witness Statement
- To answer the first question, there were no other misplaced charges. The Police Department was originally informed that the only charges that needed to be placed were charges involving the shootout that occurred between the suspects and the Police Department. As no Sheriff's Department staff were on this scene, we found it most appropriate to have the LSPD place such charges. After the original LSPD scene supervisor failed to place these charges, I informed the LSPD again, who misunderstood my request and thought that they would be placing evasion charges as well.
As for the explanation of each charge:
WM05 - Possession of Body Armor as a Felon:
Mr. Dox was in possession of (and wearing) a set of bodyarmor when the shooting occurred. A photo of the bodycam can be found in evidence, and was securely placed in evidence after.
DM04 - Possession of a Controlled Substance While Armed:
Mr. Dox was found to be in possession of 8 marijuana "joints" once apprehended, as well with approximately 12 grams of cannabis, all of which was placed in his evidence locker.
WF03 - Possession of a Class 2 Firearm:
Mr. Dox was in possession of two Class-2 Firearms; A bullpup rifle and a carbine rifle.
WM03 - Criminal Use of Weapon Modifications:
Both Mr. Dox's carbine rifle and bullpup rifle were fixed with weapon attachments.
VF01 - Evading an Officer:
Mr. Dox and his associates fled Sheriff's Deputies from a shootout scene. Upon reaching the city, they continued to evade from Police Department Officers.
GM19 - Face Concealment (b):
Although not the charging department, Mr. Dox was wearing a face mask during the incident, making him in violation of this statute of the penal code.
NM03 - Unlawful Assembly
Although not the charging department, Mr. Dox and his associates were found to be assembling for illegal activities including the above charges.
SF02 - Attempted Aggravated Murder of a Gov. employee
During the shootout which ensued at the conclusion of the pursuit, several officers had to be hospitalized due to their injuries from Mr. Dox and his associates.

- SD had informed us that the suspects were seen murdering people in their juro, a pursuit started on the vehicle and the threat was big as we had affiliates coming to help so we decided to take tires once they went off road. They went up the hill and they dismounted (Dox was the driver), Dox pulled out his carbine and started to fire at me and my partner Alaska, he was quickly and efficiently put down by Alaska after we returned fire and then we continued to fire at the other occupants as everyone had a heavy weapon on them with armor, except Zara Darling who only had a .50 if i remember correctly, both me and my partner got injured along with Martin and Carver. Upon searching him (Dox) thats when the additional charges were discovered, like the body armor for example and the possession of controlled substance and another class 2 firearm with modifications.

Occupation: SWAT Officer, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- Whilst on duty, a call had been made by SD over departmental radio that there were several gang affiliated individuals seen with heavies and shooting at people, murdering. A pursuit was initiated on a black scout with the knowledge that the suspects inside were armed and dangerous causing the involvement of multiple departments (SD/PD). The pursuit led us up the hills next to Murietta Heights where the tires were taken out on the vehicle and the suspects were forced to dismount and pull their weapons out on officers with the intention to shoot. I neutralised two suspects, one that had dismounted from the driver side which had concluded to be Adrian Dox upon identification (who was in possession of a carbine rifle) and the other from the passenger with a tactical SMG before getting out alongside Sergeant II Alex Sorvanis and walking up to the trunk of the vehicle where another suspect was trapped due to it being closed.
Both myself and the Sergeant aimed our gun at the suspect in the trunk before opening it where he proceeded to exit the trunk and pull out his pump shotgun and shoot at myself and the Sergeant. The suspect managed to injure the Sergeant. I had managed to neutralise the suspect before being injured myself and treatment had been began by SD whilst I was transported to Pillbox. I returned to the scene but kept my distance to recover. Whilst watching the scene, I had witnessed Adrian Dox being searched to reveal him being in possession of body armor, drugs and a bullpup rifle of which both had found to have modifications on them.
After this, I had left the scene to recover.
((I have no bodycam of this incident due to the fact I was unaware on the day that the charges would be appealed but I do have RP to validate that I did have my bodycam on.

Witness Statement
- Detective Carver responded to a shots fired call put in by the Sheriffs Office. The Sheriffs Office told LSPD units that a Kamacho they were currently pursuing shot and murdered multiple individuals in a shootout up north. The Kamacho was chased throughout the city in a dangerous high speed pursuit. Striking multiple poles, driving in incorrect lanes and at dangerous rates of speed.
Once the Kamacho was in a clear area, officers fired back at the Kamacho and forced them off-road to avoid them causing more damage to the city. The Kamacho spun out and the driver (Adrian Dox) hopped out with a rifle and opened fire on law enforcement. Multiple law enforcement officers required medical treatment.
All suspects were taken into custody, Adrian Dox was found in possession of body armor, two rifles with attachments and multiple marijuana plants alongside packed joints. All occupants of the Kamacho including Adrian Dox were masked up and armed to the teeth.
