MOTION FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Wraith Armani
#24-CM-0071
A Motion for Voluntary Dismissal was filed in the above case on the 19th October, 2024.
Defendant, Wraith Armani, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Voluntary Dismissal, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
- Reasoning: The defendant has no charges pertaining to the narrative highlighted.
- Detailed Explanation: Upon reviewing the case and the defendant's charges, it became clear to the defense that the situation explained does not align with the charges on Mr Armani's records. This is made further clear by the defendant explicitly mentioning the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. My client had similar charges as mentioned in the initial incident but from a scenario with the LSPD 2 hours prior, unrelated, and not being contested here which was confirmed with the defendant. Therefore we wish this to be dismissed and have Mr. Bing and Mr. Yip contest their own charges for the situation should they wish to.

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Wraith Armani
#24-CM-0071
A decision was reached in the above case on the 22th day of October, 2024.
The defense's Motion for Voluntary Dismissal is hereby granted. The court might be inclined to waive the court fees typically associated with such cases. However, the defendant, who is not actually a defendant in this matter, made a specific attempt to circumvent an earlier dismissal request by the prosecution. Mr. Armani acknowledged the case by posting on the docket. At that point, the court believes that either the defense counsel, in conversation with Mr. Armani, or Mr. Armani himself, should have recognized the procedural issue.
According to Mr. Armani's narrative: 'On April 7, 2024, the Los Santos Sheriff's Department arrived at an undisclosed location and searched the following individuals: Manny Bing, Malcom Yip, Bobby Armani, Wraith Armani, and Faiz Yip. They arrived on the scene with lights and sirens active, using multiple vehicles.' However, Mr. Armani did not incur any charges from this interaction, indicating an attempt to file on behalf of other individuals without possessing a Bar License. Established precedent in multiple cases prohibits individuals without a Bar License from posting on the docket. Doing so may result in contempt of court charges.
While the court will not pursue additional charges against Mr. Armani at this time, we remind all parties to respect the time and effort put into each case and to file with proper intention. The disputed charges will remain on the record, and Mr. Armani is hereby fined $25,000 for wasting the time of the court and the Judicial Branch as a whole.
Thank you to both parties, this case is hereby dismissed.
