Narrative:
I was charged for armed robbery. At the time of my arrest I did not possess a weapon of any kind, nor did I have any stolen money. I was unaware of my passengers intention of robbing the store at the time of the crime. After she exited from the store. Which I have on good account did not have working cameras at the time of the alleged crime. I was then approached by someone at the time I thought was a civillian, who chased me for a length of time, causing me to worry for my own safety, before we pulled over to question them. It was only then it was revealed to be a undercover officer who promptly falsely arrested and charged me for a crime I did not commit nor was there evidence to indicate to support the charge.

A Motion for Involuntary Dismissal was filed in the above case on the 15th of August, 2024.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Involuntary Dismissal, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
- Reasoning: Lapse of contact
- Detailed Explanation: In correspondence between the Prosecution and Public Defense Division, the Defense confirmed they have not had any contact with the defendant since 25/JUL/2024, a total of 21 days. Due to this, the Prosecution is requesting the case be dismissed.
