The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice, and the reasoning for the request is as follows;

- Detailed Explanation: Following discussions, the Prosecution, in agreement with the Los Santos Police Department, has decided to drop the charges against the defendant, and as such request this case be dismissed with prejudice.

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Cortez Rivera

A decision was reached in the above case on the 21st day of March, 2024.
The prosecution's Motion for Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice is hereby granted. The disputed charge of GM13 - Criminal Threats shall be removed from the defendant's record, and with this type of dismissal, the prosecution will be unable to refile the charges in the future.
The defendant is, therefore, entitled to compensation in the amount of $5,000 for fines paid and time served for the now expunged charges and is directed to report to Rockford Hills City Hall to receive said compensation and to have his record updated by a qualified member of the Judicial Branch.
This case is now dismissed.
