During the preparation phase, the Prosecution and the Defendant reached a plea agreement based on efforts advanced by the Judicial Branch to propose alternative procedures related to cases of non-violent crimes. • Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. Joey Vespucci; Prosecuting Attorney Mikhail Garin, Public Defense Attorney Izaak Scott, and the defendant, Joey Vespucci, have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;
  
  1. Current Charges
     1. GM08 - Vandalism
     2. VC07 - Operating a Vehicle Without A License On Your Person
  2. General Provisions
     • The defendant agrees to plead no contest to the Current Charges outlined in Section I.
       The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees.
       The State will pay the defendant $3,400 for time served + fines.
  3. Waiver of Rights
     • It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain.
       
       This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of a defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas.

The case of #24-CM-0047, State of San Andreas v. Joey Diesel has been resolved.

A Plea Agreement has been filed by the Prosecution and has been accepted by the court. Within the agreement, the defendant pled no contest to the charges of GM08 - Vandalism and VC07 - Operating a Vehicle Without A License On Your Person.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:

• On the count of GM08 - Vandalism, I find the defendant, Joey Diesel, guilty.
• On the count of VC07 - Operating a Vehicle Without A License On Your Person, I find the defendant, Joey Diesel guilty.

The defendant shall be entitled to compensation in the amount of $3,400. This compensation can be handled at Rockford Hills City Hall by a qualified judge.
