Under no circumstances, the Los Santos Sheriff's Department will approve and support an event as the one described above, and as stated by the Los Santos Police Department in their response to this request, we recommend that you contact the San Andreas State Government and the Judicial Branch to inquire about the legality and what kind of licenses you must hold to be able to plan and host an event like this.
