  • Claire Allen,

While the LSPD would not condone this type of event, it is best to contact the Judicial Branch regarding their interpretation if inquiring about the legality of a particular action. We would also add that the San Andreas State Government must review and grant proper licensing.

The Los Santos Police Department is responsible for upholding the penal code and law as written. Therefore, unless the entities above grant any changes or exceptions, the parties involved would be liable for WF01 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated GM02 - Battery and/or further charges depending on the circumstances.

Without further details, we highly suggest that you pursue an avenue of entertainment that does not cause severe bodily harm.

  • Warmest Regards

If it is of interest to you, anyone you know, or any establishment interested, it may be worth considering drafting a suggestion for the Law Review Committee to review with regard to a mutual combat law concept. Determining or establishing the legality of this is more something within their purview than it is ours.

  • Respectfully,
