for context I work at doc and this grants me access to keys to mission row station and i didn't realise this .
i wake up one day and realise i have unpaid tickets so i make my way over to mission row and go to pay them off and some how manage to unlock a door i then realised i had unlocked it didn't enter and locked the door again and then i paid off my tickets and went about my day nobody said a word to me then i clock into work and get told i have a warrant for my arrest because i have been trespassing

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Dwayne Richardson

A decision was reached in the above case on the 27th day of March, 2024.
The prosecution's Motion for Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice is hereby granted. The disputed charge of NM06 - Trespassing shall be removed from the defendant's record, and with this type of dismissal, the prosecution will be unable to refile the charges in the future.
The defendant is, therefore, entitled to compensation in the amount of $4,500 for fines paid and time served for the now expunged charges and is directed to report to Rockford Hills City Hall to receive said compensation and to have his record updated by a qualified member of the Judicial Branch.
This case is now dismissed.
