A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of May, 2024.
The prosecution's Motion for Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice is hereby granted. The disputed charges of DM01 - Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, DM02 - Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, and DM03 - Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance shall be removed from the defendant's record, and with this type of dismissal, the prosecution will be unable to refile the charges in the future.
