Los Santos: After every month, our supervisory and command teams review the Officers working below them and nominate those who have shown significant dedication to the department through their hours on shift, their high individual performances within their respective divisions and also and most importantly, their embodiment of the values that we hold dear, here in the Los Santos Police Department.
It is with that in mind, that we would like to congratulate Police Officer III+1 George Hill on becoming the latest recipient of the Officer of the Month award for January 2024.
GEORGE HILL
Officer George Hill was put forward by the Assistant Commanding Officer of the Metropolitan Division, Police Lieutenant II Bill Breacher with the following statement:
George Hill initially joined the Los Santos Police Department in February of 2021. After departing and returning to the Department, most recently in March 2023, Officer Hill joined the Metropolitan Division, where he has resided ever since and in June of 2023. Officer Hill, with his outstanding work, has been a vital member of the Department, receiving a promotion to Police Officer III+1 in November 2023.
This will be Officer Hill's second time receiving this award; previously awarded Officer of the Month for September 2023. Since then, Officer Hill has contributed excellently throughout his primary Metropolitan assignment and significant work in other divisions. The latter was showcased this past month when he received the Public Service Award for outstanding effort in the Firearms Licensing Division. We'd also like to give honorable mentions to Joshua Ryoshi, Sebastian Knight, Gankis Gankiunaitis, Peter Macburry, and Billy Meener.
We extend our congratulations to Officer Hill. Keep up continued excellence, and we can't wait to see what the future brings!

Assistant Commanding Officer Bill Breacher wrote:Officer George Hill has outstanding shift hours over the past month, averaging approximately 35 weekly hours and nearly 250 pieces of optional paperwork in addition to his divisional contributions that have stood out significantly with the recent start of the SWAT academy.
