Narrative:
Police were negligent in their duties previous to arresting me. Me and my friend were asking police to help us because we were being threatened and followed by people, which they did nothing about until they started firing bullets at us. This negligence lead to bodily harm towards me and my friend, which also lead to the search of my person where they discovered a firearm which i did not have a license for. All in all the arrest and bodily harm were a result of their negligent duty.
