by Jack Goodnight
Defendant Name: Jack Goodnight
Defendant Phone: 485-6296
Defendant Address: None of the court's concern
(( Defendant Discord: qu4cker. ))
Requested Attorney: N/A
Charging Department: Sheriff Department
Date & Time of Incident(s): 23/JAN/2024 05:40
Charge(s):
Narrative:
Every time I have to go to the Department of Corrections to collect my things after being locked up, I get charged with trespassing, such as what happened today, 23/JAN/2024. The letter I allegedly received never has a start date for when it is effective, nor does it say effective immediately. I am tired of this invalid document being thrown in my face just because the Department of Corrections has a personal vendetta against me.
I,
Jack Goodnight, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.
(( I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.

It takes too long for a case to be heard. By the time it does evidence is lost, key witnesses are gone. However, law enforcement shouldn’t be telling citizens to take it up with the courts knowing the court system is so tied up that nothing can be done. I am sick and tired of cops using nothing but my voice to identify me to issue a warrant only to be told to take it to the courts. IA reports do nothing and the judicial branch is so backed up. If you don’t have a badge this city 100% hates you.
