Hi, My name is Michael Nelson, I belong to a middle-class family. I have always dreamed of helping people and ensuring the safety of my family because the area in which I was raised had a considerable amount of criminal activity, and people were involved in bad activities. I wanted to fight against them so I joined a private security company at 19. My primary goal was to figure out ways to safeguard not only myself but also the individuals I cherish.
Since I've worked in private security for a while, I realized I need to grow, give more to my family, and secure my financial future. I decide to move to the city of Los Santos in pursuit of my aspiration to build my dream life, with the hope of gaining more experience. I started as a mechanic at Los Santos Customs because I needed cash. This job is for me as it relates to my hobby and passion for cars. This job was a great opportunity for me to enhance my knowledge about automobiles, individuals, and my neighborhood in Los Santos. Furthermore, this job not only gave me financial security but also taught me how to deal with various kinds of individuals residing in Los Santos.
I think now I am entirely ready to achieve my goal of attaining a career as a public servant, whose primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of citizens within their jurisdiction.

2.2 Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I would like to be a part of this team because I have a strong desire to protect this city. Ever since I was 12 years old, I have always wanted to help others and make the world a better place. I am a person that can easily get along with anyone which gives me the ability to work with anyone. I believe by joining this team, I can able to serve and help others more openly. My goal is to lower the crime rate in the city of Los Santos so people can live freely and have more freedom to live their day-to-day lives instead of worrying about others robbing them. I feel pleasure in helping other people and this is one of the main reasons I'm applying to be a part of the San Andreas Department of Correction team.
