A Notice of Activation was entered in the above case on 9th day of March, 2024.
The case of the State of San Andreas v. Brandon Howard is hereby activated by this Court under #24-CM-0015.
Both the State and Defendant in this case are still awaiting adequate representation. At this time the court will delay the Order for Discovery until adequate representation has been assigned for the Defendant and a State Prosecutor has been assigned to the case and both parties inform the court they are ready to proceed.

A decision was reached in the above case on the 25th day of March, 2024.
The prosecution's Motion for Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice is hereby granted. The disputed charge of SF07 - Bank Robbery shall be removed from the defendant's record, and with this type of dismissal, the prosecution will be unable to refile the charges in the future.
The defendant is, therefore, entitled to compensation in the amount of $24,000 for fines paid and time served for the now expunged charges and is directed to report to Rockford Hills City Hall to receive said compensation and to have his record updated by a qualified member of the Judicial Branch.
