2. REQUEST INFORMATION
  • Detailed information of your request:
    • I am a Junior Associate at Wood Law. This is obviously separate from JB, so I was wondering how I could obtain an arrest report? I need one now specifically for the State of San Andreas v. Gaven Montasser, but it is still good to know for future reference as well. I currently need the arrest report made on December 14th against him. JB has a more obvious path to obtaining arrest reports, so do let me know how I can obtain that while working at a private firm.

  • Kai Dukono,

Currently, our normal request process only supports state prosecutors for requests such as arrest reports.

  • Kai Dukono,

Arrest reports will be released as a part of discovery. The prosecution requests them and then makes them available to the defence during this period.

Any further documentation requests, be it for statements or paperwork, from the defence should be obtained through a court order. This is important as any documentation not obtained through this process may be ruled inadmissible and would be therefore unusable in court (and may also result in sanctions by the bar).

If you have any other questions please let me know,

  • Sincerely,
