Los Santos: On November 11th, 2023, the Los Santos Police Department hosted its fourth award ceremony, the third ceremony hosted as an annual large-scale event. Spearheaded and organized by Sergeant Rija Luigi of the Media Relations Division, the ceremony occurred with the assistance of Police Supervisors and Command Staff.
We extend our gratitude to the Downtown Cab Company for providing the Department with their services in transporting officers from the Mission Row Community Police Station to the event location and Refresh Catering for the catering services provided to all attendees.
This release shall serve as a recap of the award ceremony of 2023, highlighting all issued awards. Awards covered in this press release will not be organized in any particular order.

Meritorious service or achievement in either dangerous & stressful field situations or administrative non-field situations based on sustained performance or specific achievement of a superlative nature."

"The Meritorious Service Medal is bestowed upon Officers who have performed noteworthy service in any capacity with the Los Santos Police Department. Qualifying service for the award of the medal can be for distinctive meritorious achievement and service, acts of courage involving no voluntary risk of life, or sustained meritorious performance of duty."
