Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections? I want to join the Los Santos Department of Corrections because I truly feel i will be able to make a positive impact on the lives of not only the inmates, but also on fellow co-workers. I will leave a good impression on individuals who are incarcerated in hopes that they will change their lives and only to return while visiting a friend who is serving time in prison. I will impact my co-workers by motivating them to always do better, treat all persons fairly and with respect, and always assist with an issue; no matter how large or small.
What qualifications do you have that would be an asset to us? I am very dedicated to all aspects of my job. I strive to better myself each and every day to improve not only my knowledge of each task, but also to be able to train others in order to make a well rounded team. I look at stories from more than one side; I realize there are multiple sides to each story, and I do not jump to conclusion until all sides are evaluated.
Have you any military of law enforcement history? Yes. US Army (still active duty, 10.5 years combat arms and 4 combat deployments)
Have you ever been convicted of a crime? No.
Why should we hire you over anyone else? (Minimum 100 words). I should be chosen over peers for my work ethic, morals, and willingness to train others. As stated above, I have a good work ethic and have served in various positions from a new worker, to mid/high level management. I understand that I will have to work my way up the ladder, but I will do so to reach my long term goals. I have a strong moral presence. I believe in fair and impartial treatment of all persons and will hopefully spread that to people that I work with. I am willing to train other team members in order to ensure each team member is able to perform the job of their peers. It will help to ensure there are not gaps in policy standards.
