2.1 Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
My name is Daxon Grey, I come from a large family in Canada who operate a business together. 16 of us in total, siblings and cousins. There was just too much infighting and unnecessary conflict caused and I needed a fresh start. I was spending far too much of my time not making any money just trying to clean up everyone else's messes. I wanted to be more independent and get out of my family's shadow. I moved to Los Santos with only what I could pack on my bike. As with back home, I quickly found myself in the role of peace keeper. The crew the work on roadwork are a mixed bunch at best and there have been many instances of needing to deescalate situations before things went to far, so it seems like it's unavoidable for me to end up back in a similar role.

2.2 Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why do you want to become a CCO? (minimum 50 words)
I think that my skillset would work well with a position at DOC. De-escalation and remaining calm in tense situations are two things that I have plenty of experience with and I think that will show if I am accepted into a position with DOC.
Having a way to earn some steady money while staying out of trouble is obviously a huge incentive. Lastly I have had family members say that a single guard can change your prison experience for the better or worse so I would like to be a positive force within the DOC.

I worked for my family business in many forms over the years, we didn't have official roles within the business but I mainly focused on conflict resolution both internally and public facing. I have done a mixture of freelance jobs since being in the city, mostly roadwork and trucking.
