INDICTMENT
- THE PROSECUTION CHARGES THAT:
- On the 23rd of June, 2023 the Los Santos Police Department received a call onto the property of 6 Bridge Street. The report had to do with an explosion and a structure fire. In an house extension, on the rear side of the property, 28 grams of cocaine was found. No indication of where the explosion came from was found, as the suspect(s) had cleaned it out, mistakenly leading the cocaine behind.
The house has had several incidents in regards to drug manufacturing. The owner of the house, Tony Montano has received charges for past incident(s).
The nature of the circumstances, the property being exploded several times and drug(paraphernalia) being found on the property, combined with the large quantity of narcotics found leave no doubt in our minds that the controlled substances were in possession by the owner of the property, Tony Montano, and that they were intended to be sold.

The prosecuting is seeking a total of 65 months of incarceration and a total fine of $5,500.
