DIVORCE DECREE

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

Summer Haze v. Evan Haze

A court order was issued in the above case on the 11th day of December, 2023.

The court, on the above date, has hereby decreed that the marriage solemnized on the 16th day of June, 2023 at Sea on Kellie's Boat, San Andreas between Summer Haze and Evan Haze be dissolved.

The Court finds there to be a disputed community asset of Evan Haze's Kamacho given Summer Haze's claim to approximately half of the estimated value of the vehicle. As such, Evan Haze will be entitled to retain ownership of the vehicle, however, will be required transfer $250,000 to Summer Haze to offset the costs incurred with losing access to this community asset. Though Summer Haze is currently pregnant, no spousal support nor alimony has been requested so none shall be granted, however, custody of the child shall be fully retained by Summer Haze, given the lack of response from Evan Haze on this matter.

The unresolved $250,000 payment to Summer Haze shall be forwarded to the San Andreas Executive Branch for asset transfer through the Department of the Treasury.

Petitioners are hereby granted a Divorce Decree, dissolving the marriage that took place and each is returned to the status of unmarried person. Each party shall have set aside to them, as individuals, the debts they incurred and shall hold the other party harmless therefrom. Each party shall have affirmed to them as their sole and separate property, the property they brought to the union as individuals.

It is hereby certified that the decree of divorce is made final and absolute on the 11th day of December, 2023.
