Since the initial announcement of docket trials in July, the community has been actively engaged in discussions surrounding this transition. We have listened attentively to the concerns and preferences expressed by our citizens and legal professionals. We value your input and appreciate the passion you have shown for the judicial process in our great state.
It is with the utmost consideration for the people of San Andreas and the principles of our justice system that we have decided to refocus our efforts on in-person trials. While docket trials were introduced with the intent to improve accessibility and streamline court proceedings, we recognize the importance of maintaining the human element of justice.
