SADOC Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

Too help remind us of breast cancer awareness, the San Andreas Department Of Corrections (SADOC) is leading the way within the government to raise awareness and promote early detection. Throughout the month of October, SADOC is embracing the color pink!!
Here are some of the notable actions the department is taking to support this cause:

• Pink Uniforms: In a departure from their traditional attire, all Correctional Officers within the department can proudly wear pink uniforms (Known as CMT "Correctional Medical Team" Uniform" . This striking visual statement serves as a constant reminder of the importance of breast cancer awareness.
• Pink Fleet: Thanks to the hard work of our Grounds-keeping crew with each vehicle now now has the option to be taken out in eye-catching pink. As these vehicles patrol the grounds of SADOC, they will serve as rolling billboards, urging everyone to stay vigilant in the fight against breast cancer.
• Dye It Pink!: SADOC is encouraging its officers to go beyond the uniform and show their commitment by dyeing their hair pink.

Breast cancer is a significant health concern worldwide, and the need for awareness cannot be overstated. To shed light on this issue, here are some important facts about breast cancer:
