Narrative:
On the morning of October 4th I flew into the city, I did a bus route to go and take care of some fines. After my bus route, I went to the bank to pick up my paycheck. After collecting my paycheck I went to the PD to pay my fines. After that was done, I went to get my car released from the impound.

When the officer arrived I was asked for my license to which I complied I was then arrested for, "Failure to pay my fines". I told this officer I paid my fines, They didn't care and said you're under arrest. I then asked to phone a lawyer I was denied that as well. An was taken into custody I didn't wish to further engage with them. I just did the time. I told them, I would be filing an IA. They didn't seem to take it seriously. They made me do 11 months for no reason.

      • I was patrolling around MRPD that's when I saw a Red Tampa that was parked over there so I scanned the license plate and it turns out that the registered owner had due fines since 25/11/2022, so I charged him with GM16 and put out a warrant for his arrest.

      • 3-K-20 arrived to Los Santos Police Department Impound Lot to where Jakob Mcdibbins was stood. Upon asking for Jakob Mcdibbins' license and searching through the database, there was a warrant placed by Officer Abdullah to which was for failure to pay a fine. Jakob Mcdibbins was nicely asked to raise his hands to which he began to get upset about this stating he paid his fines. Detective Lafleur began to explain that just because the fines are paid, doesn't mean that the warrant leaves the record of any individual. Jakob Mcdibbins was taken to Mission Row for processing with still an argumentative state of not understanding why he's wanted despite it being explained multiple times, but was processed no major issues following.
