Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections? My main focus in life is to help others and no man is beyond redemption,even prisoners. To be a part of the team that deconstructs and reforms a man from a deviant criminal into a law abiding citizen is something of an honor and to be able to achieve this would be nothing short of my dream job. Having a background of violence being put against me as a child only reinforces my will and drive to join such a team.
What qualifications do you have that would be an asset to us? Because of my previously stated background i have a wealth of knowledge around mental health and what people are capable of and i believe this knowledge will be at the forefront of my ability to make a difference in this society, My brother back in England was also convicted however he was innocent and seeing a man on the inside that did not even commit the crime changed him in ways i had never seen which ultimately led me to study the legal system and mental health issues which i believe to be of the upmost importance when it comes to dealing with prisoners as the vast backgrounds they carry need to be understood to be overcome.

Why should we hire you over anyone else? (Minimum 100 words). As previously mentioned i have vast experience with not only family members but others in society with mental health issues and people who are extremely violent and my ability to not only cope but to understand these people will be vital to overcoming any task required by myself and allows me to overcome any situation i may find myself in. I understand there will be a hierarchy and i will respect those that stand above me as such when dealing with situations that may be out of hand so that they may be resolved swiftly with minimal demise to prisoners and staff alike and especially when dealing with people with backgrounds such as prisoners there can be no mistakes as there will be no chances if things do escalate which i understand all too well.
