Per your request, the Los Santos Sheriff's Department does not publically disclose internal policies or procedures, including those on arrest procedures and processing of suspects. This is for multiple reasons, including the safety of our employees and the citizens of this fine state.
  
  The Department is committed and tasked with enforcing the penal code as written by the State of San Andreas. We operate under our definitions within the Constitution and authority therein as deemed by the Board of Governors. Additionally, if anyone feels wronged or mistreated during an arrest, we have a system of checks and balances internally and with the Judicial Branch, which they may follow.
