Reason: Failure to adhere to the Booking and Custody Protocols as he disregarded to check the serial and attachments of a firearm confiscated from a misdemeanor arrest, and then depositing said illegal firearm equipped with a silencer into a suspect's legal locker, allowing him to make an attempt to retrieve it back from the Department.
