Narrative:
I was down fishing at the pier with a motorcycle, Officer 9536 comes up to us and asks for our masks off and licenses. I inform him I was about to be leaving on the said motorcycle. I hand him my license as I have a legal firearm and want him to know I was legally carrying. Furthermore, I then proceed to step onto my bike, at which he then puts me under arrest for failure to comply. He kept telling my to take off my mask, which I wasn't wearing one. I was wearing a bandana, though, and when asked why I needed to remove it as I was about to be leaving on my motorcycle, the officer couldn't answer me why. Due to the nature of the arrest, an Illegal search of my vehicle had happened as well and was given an excessive charge for cannabis which I only had 1 plant, not enough to be considered a DM03 which should be there if I have a DM04. Also, I checked, and I shouldn't have had any fines past 3 days.

Witness Statement

• The suspect was standing at the pier, fishing when I approached him for wearing a mask. I requested that he remove his mask and show me his license. He did show me his license but then failed miserably to remove his mask. He stepped onto his bike and informed me that he was leaving when I asked him again to remove his mask and step off the bike as well. He failed to do so, prompting me to pull out my taser and inform him that he was being arrested. He then stepped off the bike and was arrested. Later on, I discovered that he had a marijuana plant on his bike, even though he was the only one near it then. He was charged for that as well as he had a firearm in his possession.
