  • Countless charges
Narrative:
I believe the raids on my apartments to be unjustified and would like the substancial evidence to be provided to myself and a judge to believe if the raids were warranted.

(( I did not want to proceed with the case ICLY as it was being handled OOCly for a long time on the forums and I can now proceed through IC means, hence why I didn't apply for a case within the 7 days. I hope this can be clarified and waived so I get a FAIR opportunity to proceed.

San Andreas Judicial Branch
Superior Court of San Andreas

"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

NOTICE OF REJECTION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Dom Versace

The court has hereby rejected the above case on the 23rd day of September, 2023.

The Superior Court of San Andreas has reviewed your filing and the case has been rejected by the court for the reason specified below.

Due to the fact that this dispute of charges was submitted 14 days after the window of opportunity had closed, in accordance with Judicial Branch guidelines, this case is ineligible for review and shall be dismissed.

(( Unfortunately, despite a concern being raised OOCly, you were told to handle the situation ICly prior to the report being filed on the 7th of August and additionally after the report was concluded on the 14th of August - it wasn't until two weeks after this that your case was submitted. We only allow a 7 day window to submit cases to ensure the situation can be investigated by prosecutors in a quick timeframe and witness statements can be provided as early as possible when players can reasonably remember what happened. As such, we unfortunately will not be making an exception in this case. ))

I have, however, confirmed that search warrants in relation to these charges have been signed by a qualified judge within the Superior Court and thus were authorized by the Judicial Branch - the signed warrants will be sent to you privately via email for your records.

The court thanks you for the time spent on this filing, however, this situation will not be reviewed as it does not adhere to the guidelines set forth by the San Andreas Judicial Branch.
