- Dear reader,
  
  Today I was at the city hall with my (soon to be) daughter, Willow Collins.
  I have spoken with her, because I want to adopt her. She agreed with this.
  
  We asked the people there, where we could get this officialized.
  Unfortunately, unclear answers have been given. Probably as people weren't too sure about how it works.
  
  That brings us here.
  
  Is it possible to get the adoption done officially?
  And if so, where can we get this done?

At this time, there are no official adoption processes accepted by the State of San Andreas. This is unfortunate, as you seem excited about this adoption, but this is not a service currently offered by our state government. If you wish to change this or voice concerns, I will direct you to the Legislative desk, HERE you can make a public inquiry and someone will be able to assist you in possibly registering these services in the future.
