  Thank you for your inquiry. As of date, the Department has not issued the Sheriff's Medal of Honor since its inception. However, another prestigious award, the Excellent Service Award, awarded by Executive Staff to Deputies who have excelled at their service or task, has been issued to four exceptional individuals since the origin of the Department. These include now Assistant Sheriff John Kemp and Deputy Sheriff III Elian Ramos, alongside former employees Louise Hoffman and Kitiara Romanov. We are proud to honor these Deputies, past and present, who have distinguished themselves above and beyond, to the entire Los Santos Sheriff's Department.
