Witness Statement

• I arrived at the pier for a patrol and I witnessed that the female was wearing a mask while she was fishing. I asked her to remove her mask but she failed and jumped shortly after. I followed her inside the water and chased her through the small dock area underneath the pier. She jumped up and I did the same while I had my taser out, I aimed at her and demanded her to stop, which she failed to do, and started to climb the ladders. Once I caught up to her I asked her several times to put her hands up and comply but she failed to do so and was arrested for failure to comply. The reason for the detain was her wearing a mask which she also failed to remove it or present me with any legal documents allowing her to wear one.
