#23-CM-0101

An attempt to schedule was made and recorded by the court on 10th day of April, 2024.

Trial is being rescheduled, as the previous agreed upon time, regrettable the defense was unable to make it.

All parties in this case are encouraged to complete the following Scheduling Tool in an attempt to schedule a trial on the above case.

In the event all parties have overlapping availability the Presiding Judge will determine the best date and time to have a trial take place and post a Notice of Trial informing all of the upcoming proceeding.

In the event some or all parties do not have overlapping availability, the Presiding Judge will continue to attempt to schedule the proceeding or seek alternative avenues to conclude the case.

If either party has the intentions of calling a witness to the stand during the proceeding they must inform the court by filing a Witness List at the time of filing their availability. If no Witness List is filed before the Notice of Trial is filed you will be unable to call a witness during the proceeding.

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Vince Williams
#23-CM-0101

A decision was reached in the above case on the 20th day of April, 2024.

Based upon the information presented today during the trial by both the prosecution, and defense, we find that Mr. Williams did present himself in a fashion that would lend Mr. Stone, to believed to be Mr. Williams was a member of the Los Santos Police Department. Mr. Williams, stated that he was a recruiter for the Los Santos Police Department.

The court has reviewed all the evidence, and statements presented, the court recognizes the definition of the charge to be "Impersonating another person in order to harm that person or gain a benefit."

The court recognizes that the harm done to Mr. Stone to be minimal, and a case of minor embarrassment, and did not imped or interfere with his application or acceptance into the LSPD.
The court recognizes that Mr. Williams made no gains other than to enjoy himself at the cost of another person.

The court also recognizes our Los Santos Police Department in this file, we find that whilst Mr. Williams actions would be considered harmless to Mr. Stone, we find that impersonation of a government official and or Law Man or Woman to directly, Tarnish the public image of the Los Santos Police Department, and its department members.

We the Superior Court on the 20th of April find the Defendant Vince Williams to have knowingly and willfully impersonated and member of the Los Santos Police department to negatively impact the image of the department and its members for the personal enjoyment of himself and his accomplices.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of GF14 - Charge, I find the defendant, Vince Williams, guilty.
