SAN ANDREAS PENAL CODE AMENDMENTS

All changes stated within this document are effective on AUGUST 14th, 2023.
Penal Code Amendments
In total, the following changes have been made:

    • VEHICLE CITATIONS

      VC11 - Failure to Pay a Toll
      It is unlawful for a driver to fail to pay tolls or other charges on any vehicular crossing or toll highway. Drivers may not drive through a toll on another driver's cost, each individual driver is responsible to pay toll fees.

      WEAPON CHARGES

      WM04 - Possession of Illegal Body Armor
      Possessing illegal body armor not purchased or obtained through legal traders. Armor being kevlar, plates, steel, or even make-shift items intended to slow down or stop knives or bullets.

      * FOOTNOTE: Despite state law, Law Enforcement Agencies are directed NOT to charge felons carrying body armor so long as they are;
      A. Gainfully employed by a government funded agency & are on duty with said government funded agency & are not committing any crime or felonies while on duty & the body armor could not reasonably be seen as to be used to aid in the commission of a felony.
      B. Have received written or verbal authorization to carry body armor off duty for the reason of personal protection & the body armor could not reasonably be seen as to be used to aid in the commission of a felony.
