A Motion for Voluntary Dismissal was filed in the above case on the 24 of August, 2023.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Voluntary Dismissal, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
- Reasoning: Inability to Prove Constructive Possession
- Detailed Explanation: The LSPD and Prosecution have come to the agreement that we lack to evidence needed to prove constructive possession in this case. That being said, we have decided to drop the charges against the defendant. We await any further instruction from the Judge.

A decision was reached in the above case on the 23rd day of September, 2023.
The Motion for Voluntary Dismissal filed by the prosecution on the 24th of August is hereby granted. The charge of WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm shall be removed from the defendant's record and the defendant is entitled to $8,000 in compensation for fines paid and time served. The defendant is directed to receive said compensation from a qualified judge at City Hall, 1 Rockford Drive.
