July 2023 - Officer of the Month

Los Santos: At the conclusion of every month, our supervisory and command teams review the Officers working below them and nominate those that have shown significant dedication to the department through their hours on shift, their high individual performances within their respective divisions and also and most importantly, their embodiment of the values that we hold dear, here in the Los Santos Police Department.

It is with that in mind, we would like to congratulate Police Officer III+1 John Keys on becoming the latest recipient of the Officer of the Month award for the month of July 2023.

Officer Keys was put forward by the Commanding Officer of the Metropolitan Division, Police Commander Victor Einhart with the following comments attached;
Police Commander Victor Einhart wrote:Officer Keys has consistently led Metro in hours and paperwork participation this month. He also has among the highest levels of FTP participation and is overall contributing very well to the department.
Officer Keys' efforts have been noticed by many in the department, not just within the Metropolitan Division but also, in his role as the Assistant Commanding Officer of the Firearm Licensing Division.

John Keys graduated from the Police Academy on the 30th of July, 2022. In October of that same year, he joined the Traffic Enforcement Division and in April of this year, began his current assignment as part of D Platoon in the Metropolitan Division.

Prior to his transfer to the Metropolitan Division in April, Officer Keys was awarded the Officer of the Month for his efforts in Mission Row as well. Such an honour, within a short period of time is a testament to Officer Keys' consistency, professional and work ethic across multiple assignments.

We'd also like to give honourable mentions to Police Officer Dutch Kon, Police Officer Joshua Ryoshi, Police Officer Avery Jo, Police Officer Hardwell and Police Detective Mikael Cowell.

Congratulations once again to Officer John Keys and we look forward to seeing what he does in the coming months.
