- In a public announcement here, it states that an extension of the time period of the suspension of the firearm licensing division is occurring, and it mentions things such as constitutional rights. For the sake of not taking any of that out of context, I will not say it is on hold for that reason, only that the question of constitutional rights has been brought up, and it is on hold.
To my knowledge, the one for Law Enforcement officers internal section is still open and allowing changes to licenses to people who are part of a law enforcement. Why are these not being treated the same, as the same issues affect both LEO and Citizens?
