OVERVIEW

• The San Andreas State Government has a fixed limit up to two weapons being registered in an individual's name at any one time. If your firearm has been lost or stolen, you cannot purchase a new one until you register your firearm as missing through the use of the Missing Firearm Report form and not use this form.
  
  This form is simply if you are in possession of your firearm and wish to turn it in so you can purchase a different firearm that you're already licensed for.
  
  If you decide to turn-in a firearm it will be unregistered to you and it cannot be returned.

HOW TO TURN-IN YOUR FIREARM

• To turn-in your firearm(s), you must complete the form attached at the bottom of this post.
  You should post the form by creating and submitting a new topic here.

3. PROCESSING INFORMATION

• Once you have submitted this form you must turn-in your noted firearm(s) to an officer at Mission Row Police Station whom will then fill out the below form, submitting it against the individuals request, which is then reviewed by a Firearms Licensing Officer.
