INDICTMENT

---

• THE PROSECUTION CHARGES THAT:
  
  1. "On or about 23/JUN/2023, a burger shot employee called for a taxi using the DCC application on his phone. Dexter Noir responded to this taxi request while on DCC duty. Upon arrival, the burger shot employee entered Mr. Noir's taxi while wearing his body-camera.
     
     Mr. Noir can be observed driving from burger shot to OceanGrocery 24/7 located on Great Ocean Highway and then returning to burger shot. Throughout the duration of the trip Mr. Noir is observed operating his taxi at high-rates of speed in excess of 160km/h within city limits, swerving in and out of multiple lanes, driving on the incorrect lane of travel and hitting a traffic control device (TCD).
     
     It is with the above consideration that the state alleges Dexter Noir was committed the crime of VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine vehicle."
