2.10 Why should we accept you for that position?: You should accept me as this position because of the acknowledgement of DOC I have achieved over the past couple times I've worked here. I think with the trainee probation period I'd be put in, I'd instantly regain all the past skills I've once learned and be able to put in the work that I once used to.

  The terms for your reinstatement are as follows:
  • Since it's been over 6 months since your last employment you will have to redo your Academy Part 1 again.
  • You must go through all training procedures to become a Correctional Trainee.
  • You will then complete all the training necessary to advance from a Correctional Trainee to be given your offered rank.
  • The preliminary offer you get for reinstatement will still be performance dependant, a discussion will be had by supervisors+ at the end of your trainee period to discuss what actual rank you will get promoted to.
