I, as House Clerk of the Law Review Committee, wish to invoke Article III, Section 3, Paragraph 2 of the constitution and proceed to the question of:
"Would The Honourable Sayaka Yukimura and The Honourable Guilherme Tavares be constitutionally valid candidates in running for election for the third congress?"
Both members filled in for a vacancy that occurred when two elected representatives stepped down in the first congress and were sworn in. They were the next available candidates as runners-up in the election and are currently serving as sworn-in representatives in our second congress.
Additionally:
"How long of a member being sworn in would consider them having sat for a 'term' according to our constitution?"
