I am a person that has seen and felt the effects of crime on family and friends of the victim when I was 12 my father a man with a kind heart was murdered by a group of greedy teens that only wanted his money. It was stated that the police had seen the events on the CCTV from the store next to where it happened which backed up the teens story. The teens stated that they had no intention of killing my father they were just looking for some extra cash. On the CCTV it can be seen that in a panic the teens stabbed my father as they had heard sirens in the area. In court the teens told the truth about what happened but also stated that were sorry and did not mean for it to happen that way also they stated that any punishments they receive are justified. I had a strong hatred for them at first but also I realized that some people may be able to become better with a second chance and that is why I want to join the Department of Corrections.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I promise to put as much time and effort as possible but will definitely put atleast 5 hours a week into this job

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I am passionate about change and that is why I want to join the Department of Corrections. I would like to ensure that people who go to prison come out a better person so they can live a good life and maybe even help people in the future. Also I am confident that if I join I can make prison a more educational experience for them so they can leave with a brighter and clearer mind. I believe I should be chosen over other candidates as I am strongly passionate in what I do and I am determined enough to never give up or get frustrated.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I am great under pressure and in stressful situations as I stay calm and in control in problematic scenarios.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 50 words)?
I have gone through both High School/Secondary school and College where I studied uniformed services. I am a strong believer in second chances and I am determined to make a huge impact on the inmates lives. I also have empathy for criminals who actually want to become better meaning that I will have a stronger passion to work.
