My name is Frankie Skeeter. I moved around my whole life and I am ready to settle down with a career. My parents got eaten by a shark when I was a child so I like the beach more than anything because it makes me feel close to them. When I am financially stable I want to get a dog. I like dogs. I live in an RV with my sister Nea. I like to go to the pier and fish. I love to cook and bake, but I like to cook more than I like to bake. My favorite holiday is Halloween.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
At least an hour 5 days a week.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I am passionate about helping people become better versions of themselves. I think I would be a great motivation for our friends in jail! I should be hired over other applicants because I have a personality that meshes with so many others. I can be serious, funny, etc. I want to eventually join the psych unit and help people better their mental health and help them be able to re-enter society as a new person with a new mindset on life and hopefully not come back to prison.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Taking deep breaths and talking myself through it. I grew up in a high-stress environment. Stress is something I learned to control at a very early age because I had to. It has helped me tremendously in my adult life because I am able to think before I react.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 50 words)?
Hard working, reliable, strong willed, I am a people person. I like problem solving and thinking outside of the box. I do not believe in high-stress situations, I view them as situations that need to managed and I get the job done with proper planning and utilization of my tools. I am not easily deterred by a challenge. I fight until I am able to overcome obstacles that come my way. I am able to match the energy of those around me which makes it easy to diffuse situations calmly and effectively.
